Sunday afternoon we decided to make our first ever Gingerbread House. Shocker...not one of us have ever "built" one although Karis and Brayden have decorated one at school. It was a fun tradition and the kids loved it. I got the kit at Walmart for like $6 and it was well worth it for the fun.
Once it was assembled, each child got a section of the house to decorate. Lucy and Brayden got the side cookies as well as a side of the house, while Karis got to decorate the roof.

After it was all assembled and we took a picture, they got to take it apart and eat the part they had decorated. Yea i didn't last long!
More than anything, we made memories!
