Easter 2020

Easter this year was unlike any of us have every experienced!  I have never (not) gone to church on Easter Sunday in 40 years but today we had church at home in our pjs.  I enjoyed the slower easter without the worry of outfits and perfect pictures and the chaos that always accompany it.  But it was a GOOD day celebrating that Jesus is alive!!!

Good Friday

Good Friday is indeed GOOD because it is a day that we remember when Jesus took our place on the cross so that we could be reunited with God.  It is indeed a priceless gift that we were given and today we remember His faithfulness...from home of course.  

We enjoyed the Good Friday service from home.

Easter week 2017

We have really enjoyed celebrating Easter this week and hopefully it will be a week we won't soon forget.  We have such sadness and joy knowing what we remember and celebrate this week...the death AND most importantly, the Resurrection of our Lord!

This year we did something that we have never done before...a seder meal.  It is a traditional Jewish meal like the one our Lord may have participated before He was crucified.
