I am not really sure why my children are so traumatized by car washes but it TERRIFIES them! I only go through them maybe twice a year because of this and today was one of those. Karis actually has gotten ok since the last time and now begs to go through them because she feels brave I guess. But, I wait to tell them until we are practically pulling in to avoid the panic attacks from Brayden. It is not long after it starts that Lucy panics too!
As soon as I pulled into the little driveway, Brayden unbuckled and was in my lap in about 2 seconds flat! He was freak-ing out! Can you see the panic across his face???
At this point, the panic sets in and the screaming begins..
His heart was beating so fast!
Lucy was screaming so Karis, being the sweet big sister that she is, got Lucy out of her seat and held her until it was over. She is such a big helper!
Brayden was pretty proud of himself and got kinda brave towards the end. Maybe next time won't be so bad. We'll see?!
I am LOVING your bangs!!! I got them about a year ago and just couldn't manage them. They ended up back in a barrette more times than not. But you look so stylish and pretty! Good call.
