Lucy is 7 months old!

Lucy you are officially 7 months old and it seems you have truly grown up this past month. It makes me excited yet so sad at the same time. I don't want you to grow up!

Pics get harder and harder to take...she was very intrigued by the sign. It wasn't long before it was wadded up in her mouth!

What are you up to these days?

  • You are still the best baby I have ever seen! You hardly ever cry or fuss. You are happy all the time and smiling constantly!
  • You weigh approximately 15 lbs. but it is steadily increasing because you are eating a TON of food! Three meals a day sometimes you will eat 2 jars of food (with cereal) and then nurse on top of that! You love all kinds of food including carrots, peas, green beans, sweet potatoes, squash, prunes, ANY fruit. There is hardly anything that I have tried that you don't like.
  • You still sleep all night and wake up at about 6 a.m. to eat.
  • Your schedule is: 6 am-wake up and nurse and stay up and play until you eat 2 jars of food at around 8:30. You nap from about 9-11 or 12. You nurse at around 12 and then eat 1 jar of food. You usually take a 2 hour nap and are up by 4 to play. You eat food at 5:30 and then nurse at 7. You go to bed and then I wake you up to feed at 9 or 10 and you are out for the night!
  • You are sitting up pretty much all the time although I still put pillows behind you because you fall sometimes. If you are on your belly you scoot backwards across the room.
  • You are not crawling yet but get up on all fours and rock back and forth!
  • You had veggie puffs for the first time this month and love them but haven't quite figured out how to get them from your tray to your mouth most of the time.
  • You currently love the jumper!
  • You are rolling all over the bed at night and can find your paci (yah!).
  • You love your brother and sister to death and love to give some open mouth killer kisses!
  • You have 2 teeth on the bottom.

We love you Lucy! You have brought so much joy to our family!
